Session-to-Session interconnection for the DeepSeek Harness — same-host session mesh with lifecycle support (resuming dormant sessions). Trimmed fork of @dpskh/a2a: the realtime mesh hub (project registry, immutable message history, WebSocket presence) and mesh client (per-agent connections, serial injection), and the model-facing s2s_peers / s2s_message / s2s_history tools.
