DSH plugin: automatic API-key rotation/failover for llm-pi-ai provider routes. Exhausts unused keys on the current model first, then fails over for the rest of the turn; the next user turn restores the session default model. Settings card includes one-click backup export of settings.yaml + route config (credential values never leave the host).
